“The contest put life back into my music career. Before winning I was unsure what my next move was and how to keep going with music. But since winning, I’ve had so many great opportunities come my way…. I had a great time and felt very comfortable recording at Castle Studios.… Being in Nashville, you truly are in the midst of the music business, and it was great to meet so many new people and network. I connected with several of the session players, some great songwriters, music publishers, engineers and producers. I plan on going back to Nashville later this year to record my full length album with many of the people I met on this trip.”
